Round the World

There are so many places I feel the extreme need to visit, learn from, and experience. There are so many initiatives I would like to start and programs in which I would like to be involved. I think education is the most important thing we can provide for children to create a positive future- and I'm not just talking formal education. The most important things in life are often not learned in a classroom.

I've learned the most from involvement in sports and being on teams, from time spent with my mom just watching her be amazing and being guided by her, from growing up with my siblings, from moving and traveling, from my dad getting "bonus" time from his heart transplant and then from losing him, from finding love, from getting my heart broken...

It is important to me to work to provide good environments for kids. I want to get them involved and help nurture knowledge and confidence in themselves. All of my goals seem far away right now because they are just getting underway. I don't know quite where or how to start or how to finance my ideas, but I do know that I'm headed in the right direction.
